Hey Jitendra do not buy Hathway Internet!! Buy from any other local internet service provider.. Hathway internet su-cks as hell and mainly their service in all aspects is pathetic!! They have servers down and server’s problems 3-4 times a day for 365 days a year!!

if you renew they will give you net for 10 to 15 days and after that you couldn’t open browser also…

Do not take this connection…its my humble request. They are primitive in their services and their Cust care never works. Pathetic service.
Don’t even think of this company. They are pathetic & their 2 departments do not talk to each other. They confirm by mail saying period is extended as connection was wrongfully deactivated but again as per original date, connection is deactivated. Complaint is closed without even talking to the customer. Customer care is just not equipped to handle the issue – They are heading for the disaster taking the current customers along!

WiFi isn’t working at our flat since a week. We are f***ing fed up of calling up your customer care over and over again. All we hear are….EXCUSES!!

hathway customer service s###s. facing lot of problems with my connection in parel no service since a month. customer care says issue will be addressed in 48 hours which has not happened.
I am also facing so many issue .no response from there end.
worst experience with hat way services . there is no contact number which is answered ,no technical support just a call centre which is auto mated response .
my internet is not working since 6 days but there is no one bothered to resolve the issue.
absolutely no response whatsoever as mentioned in above comments .i have atleast 8 to 10 number believe me no one answers once connection is done .
